In case of a larger number of entries, price upon agreement. One month’s minimal charge is 150 EUR.
(In general, 1 source document = 1 entry, the exception here is the bank account statement, where each row = 1 entry)
The basic price includes:
1. Check of source documents and entering to accounting registries (daily logbook ledge book, purchase and sales rescontro –auxiliary book with transactions by creditors and debtors
2. Accounting of fixed assets / instruments
3. Salary accounting (up to 5 persons), valid in case of fixed monthly salary
4. Calculating value added tax
5. In case of missing salaries, drawing and presenting tax return declarations
6. Representing the subscriber at the Tax and Customs Board and in other offices
7. Printouts from drawn accounting registries
Additional services
Salary accounting - 7 EUR / person
Drawing and presenting tax return declarations to the Tax and Customs Board - a' 7 EUR
Drawing and presenting a statistical report - a' 7 EUR
Drawing a 1 month’s expenditure report (up to 15 receipts) - a' 7 EUR
Every additional receipt for extra 1 EUR per receipt

Regular customer’s consultation on current matters and presenting reports per email - free of charge

Check of accounting of previous periods - upon agreement
20% VAT will be added to prices.
When calculating the total price of single services, it is possible to agree upon a unified monthly sum.
Source documents are:
- Invoices issued by the subscriber;
- Cash receipts;
- Payment orders;
- Accompanying documents (movement / tracking forns, covering and delivery notes);
- Contracts, power authorizations;
- Reports (provisions, acts), decisions, rulings, directives, protocols, dispositions etc.;
- Statements of bank accounts;
- Cash register documents (cash register income and expense orders);
- Invoices presented to the subscriber (incl. yet unpaid invoices);
- Monthly reports;
- Business trip reports with expenditure documents;
- Documents proving export and import;
- Bank notification about interest or service fee;
- Payroll;
- Maps of fixed assets / instruments, assessment / calculation sheets;
- Stock record sheets, inventory reports.
